Contract: The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

Preise: Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Als Kleinunternehmer gem. §19 UStG wird keine MwSt. berechnet.
Prices: All prices are final. As a small business under §19 German VAT Act, no VAT is charged.

Lieferung / Delivery: Weltweit / Worldwide. DE/EU: 7–15 Werktage / business days. International: 14–30 Werktage / business days. Zölle trägt der Käufer / Customs duties are borne by the buyer.

Zahlung / Payment: Kreditkarte, PayPal, Klarna. Sofort fällig / Due immediately.

Gewährleistung / Warranty: Gesetzliche Mängelhaftung 2 Jahre / Statutory warranty 2 years.

Eigentumsvorbehalt / Retention of Title: Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Zahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers / Goods remain property of the Seller until full payment.

Streitbeilegung / Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr — Wir nehmen nicht teil / We do not participate.

Es gilt deutsches Recht / German law applies.
